If you haven't found the answer to your question in the FAQ, you can always contact our Support Team.

To contact support, go to the in-game settings from the main menu by tapping the icon in the top right hand corner. Then tap the SUPPORT button.

 

Once you've tapped the Support button, you'll be taken to the Help page, which contains all the FAQs. Next, if you haven't already done so, try searching the FAQs for the answer to your question. If you can't find the answer, open any FAQ.

 

Once you've opened any FAQ, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the "Chat with us" or "Contact us" button.

You will also see a chat icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, which will open up a conversation with the support team.

 

Once you have sent us a message, you will receive an automatic reply informing you that the message has been received and an agent will respond to you within 24-72 hours.
