When reporting bugs, we hope that you can provide us with
As much detail as possible about the problem
Screenshots, screen recordings, etc.
And any additional information you feel is relevant to the issue
Once you have all the information you need, simply scroll down and tap the Contact Us / Chat with Us button. You can then send a message to our support team with all the information you've gathered.
If the bug or issue is something our support team can fix for you, they will of course do so. If not, they will forward the report to the development team who will investigate the issue further.
