We're sorry to hear that you've lost your account.

If your account was linked to Google Play Games or Game Center, we recommend that you first go to the in-game settings and tap the "LINK" button. If it says "UNLINK", your account is already linked.

Our support team may be able to help, but in order to fully restore your account we will need the following information

  • The PlayerID of the lost account

    • Or the name of your account

  • Purchase receipt(s) if you have made any purchases on the account.

 

Once you have this information, please open a ticket with our support team and we will do our best to help you. Our team cannot find accounts with Game Center or Google Play Games account names or order numbers.
