We don't want you to lose your account or your progress, so we've put together some tips to help you keep your account safe.
GOOGLE PLAY GAMES / GAME CENTER
Linking your account with Google Play Games or Game Center is the best way to ensure you don't lose your account, as it also allows you to transfer your account between devices.
To check if your account is linked to either Google Play Games or Game Center, navigate to in-game settings from the main menu by tapping the icon in the top right-hand corner. You will see a box that says either Google Play Games or Game Center.
If the button in this box says "UNLINK", your account is already linked. If it says "LINK", your account is not linked and you can manually link it by tapping the button.
Another way to check this is that when you open the game, Google Play Games and Game Center will display a welcome message that greets you with your account name.
ACCOUNT NAME
By setting your account name, our support team will be able to find your account by that name if you lose it. So choosing a name for your account that you can remember is a good step to make sure you don't lose your progress.

PLAYER ID
Your Player ID is something that our team will use to help you with any issues you may have. If you make a note of this ID, for example by taking a screenshot and saving it, it will help our support team to find your account.
